Take Snapshot option is Disabled

The Snapshot Manager Take Snapshot option is disabled.

VMware recommendation is to power off the VM to solve the issue but some time even power off wont help.

One issue could be related to your SCSI controller, if you have your controller in physical mode you will not be able to take snapshot.

Remove unused scsi controllers (physical mode) if you really want to take snapshot

(Make sure the scsi controller is not used by any disks before removing it)
